Shipping policy

Backyard Pup ships to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Fulfillment & Warehouse Origins: All orders are fulfilled through our trusted US-based supplier partners. Products are dispatched from warehouses located within the United States.

Order Processing & Handling Time: Orders are processed and submitted to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) of being placed.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping — FREE: 5–8 business days after processing (total estimated delivery: 6–11 business days from order date)
• Express Shipping — $15.00: 1–2 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the product and destination.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
